WHAT CAN YOU ORDER & PRICES
Drawings will be done with traditional media: pencil, ink, watercolors, color pencils, white ink and digital retouches in watercolor paper (18x24 cm for portraits, 21x29 cm for bust and full body, 29x42 cm for full body with scenery). Process will be sketching lineart with pencil, inking lineart, adding watercolor layers and final details.
Time process
·Sketching: 1-3 days
·Inking: 2-3 days
·Watercoloring: 3-5 days
·Details and scanned: 1-2 days
Media of total time for a commission: One week (more or less).
These are only time estimates. Pieces may take longer or shorter times depending on my current work flow and the difficulty of the piece. Backgrounds and multiple characters adds more time to these estimates.
Waitlist slots will appear here or in the custom boxes. If I update the journal, it will be because I have updated also the slots.
TERMS & SERVICES
also known as the ten commandments...
1. I own all the moral, distribution and commercial rights of the commission. I reserve the copyright of the image.
2. I reserve the right to turn down commissions. If I choose not to finish your commission, I will refund your payment.
3. Usually I will be uploading the process creation on my twitter and the final piece can be uploaded to my other social media also. I reserve the right to post your commission in my gallery or use it for self-advertising. I may post it, I may not. If the commission is of a personal nature, please let me know in the order so I do not show it publicy.
4. I will credit you (the commissioner) when I upload the process or complete work to my social media (if you dont want me to credit you, please let me know)
5. You can ask me a maximum of five corrections per drawing. Once the limit is reached, I will not make more corrections, only if there are anatomical or perspective mistakes.
6. I will show you the process pencil and, if you like it and want me to end it, you'll have to pay the 50% of the final price. Once it is ended, I will send you a watermarked low-res final version and once you send me the rest of the payment, I will send you the full image.
7. I will advice you if your commission will take longer than two weeks to be finished.
8. I will not work on your commissions or upload anything related some weekends.
9. All commissions are given in digital-art form. (.jpg format only). I do not ship hard copies of my art.
10. All commissions will come with a digital watermark or signature (probably signature) somewhere on the image.
11. You Can:
·upload the image to your social media
·use it as avatar or icon
·desktop wallpaper
·forum signatures
·theme layouts for sites such as Tumblr, DeviantART...
·personal blogs or webs
·tangible printed copy for yourself, or an extra print for a friend.
You Can't:
·remove the signature
·use it for commercial purpose
·claim the work as your own
·do not use it to promote your project, comic, or story, for example in website banners, cover art, or anything similar.
·do not use it for profit or mass production (Such as prints, key chains, stickers, etc- profit or not)
12. If you want to get some OCs from other people, you must get some sort of permission from the original author. So before you ask me to draw it - get permission.
13. I reserve the right to artistic license. If you ask for a certain type of picture or pose, I will try my very best to accomplish what you ask - but I like to experiment and change details.
14. I work on a first-come-first-serve basis. I have a running list of commissions in the order I received them, and they are completed in that order. Occasionally I will skip a commission up my list if the person before them on my commission list has not been responding to messages, the commission can be done really quickly, or the person before them has put a hold on their commission due to financial reasons. I do what I can to get my commissions done as quickly as possible for everyone concerned. When you commission me, I will warn you about how many commissions I have before you, and will note you when it is time for me to start your commission.
15.All commissions are for non-commercial use only; if you wish to hire me for commercial work, please mention it when contacting me.
16. By sending me a note/email with your commission, you're accepting these terms & conditions.

HOW TO ORDER: STEPS
1. Email me at: drawingx3@gmail.com or send me a note here on deviantart.
2. It will be easier for you and me to make your order like this:
- Title : Commission
- Your email : (to know which payment is yours)
- Info about your character. Describe me what do you want: pose, clothes, facial expression, etc. (more detail descriptions will make me draw it easier). You can send me references BUT only in JPG adjunted, not external links.
- Specific notes : (for extra things like adding custom background, design their outfits, if you want it horizontal or vertical, I will make drawings vertical by default, accessories,...everything about how you want your picture to look like)
- Anything else you want. For example, do you want me to submit the full process on twitter or do you prefer not to?
3. I will send you an answer, telling you if I accept the commission and telling you when I will start with it.
4. You'll recibe the image or link with the final pencils, and then you will have to pay the 50% in order to finish it. If you agree, I will adress you the mail account in which you can pay.
5. I will send you the final image in low-res with a watermark. To get the full image, you will have to pay the rest.

The contrast of flavors, the refreshing aroma, the crunch of the sesame bread... and also is healthy!!!! what more could you ask for?
Well, final thoughts: it's my first time doing this so I still don't know many things about commissions, so please be patient. Let's try!

QUÉ PUEDES PEDIR Y PRECIOS
Los dibujos serán hechos a mano: lápiz, tinta, acuarelas, lápices de color, tinta blanca y retoques digitales en un papel de acuarela (18x24 cm para los retratos, 21x29 cm para medio cuerpo y cuerpo entero, 29x42 cm para cuerpo entero con fondo). El proceso de dibujo será primero de bocetado a lápiz, entintado de la línea, capas de acuarela y detalles finales.
Tiempo de trabajo estimado:
·Abocetar: 1-3 días
·Entintado: 2-3 días
·Acuarelas: 3-5 días
·Detalles, escaneado y retoques: 1-2 días
Media de tiempo por encargo: Una semana (más o menos).
Estos datos son tan sólo estimaciones, que pueden variar dependiendo de la dificultad de la pieza y del ritmo que lleve con determinados dibujos. Aquellos que lleven más detalles y/o personajes es probable que tarden más.
Los huecos de las listas de espera los iré poniendo o bien aquí, o bien en las cajas personalizadas en mi perfil. Si actualizo el journal, es porque también he actualizado las listas de espera.
TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES
También conocido como los diez mandamientos...
1. Conservo todos los derechos morales, de distribución y comerciales del encargo que realice. Me reservo los derechos del copyright de la imagen.
2. Puedo cancelar encargos. Si decido no terminar tu encargo, te devolveré lo que hayas abonado.
3. Normalmente iré subiendo el proceso de creación de los encargos a mi twitter para auto-publicitarme, y la obra final también puede ser subida a mis redes sociales. Si deseas que no comparta en internet el proceso de creación o el propio encargo, házmelo saber cuando vayas a redactar tu pedido.
4. Te acreditaré debidamente (al cliente) si subo el trabajo a mis redes sociales. Si por algún motivo no quieres que te nombre al subir el encargo, tan sólo házmelo saber en el pedido.
5. Sólo haré cinco correcciones en la fase del proceso a lápiz. Una vez me hayas pedido las cinco correcciones, no volveré a retocarlo a no ser que se trate de fallos anatómicos o de perspectiva.
6. Te mandaré una imagen del proceso de abocetado, y si te gusta y quieres que lo acabe, deberás abonar primero el 50% del precio final. Una vez lo haya terminado, te enviaré una muestra de la versión final en baja resolución y con una marca de agua. Si te gusta y quieres el archivo, deberás pagar primero lo que queda, y una vez hecho el trámite, te enviaré el JPG o PDF definitivo.
7. Te avisaré con tiempo si tu encargo va a tardar más de dos semanas en hacerse.
8. No trabajaré en encargos ni subiré nada relacionado con ellos algunos fines de semana.
9. Todos los encargos se entregarán en forma de archivos digitales (JPG). No envío copias físicas.
10. Todos los encargos irán con firma o marca de agua.
11. Puedes:
·Subir la imagen a tus redes sociales.
·Usarlo de avatar o icono.
·Fondo de escritorio
·Imagen de firma en los foros
·Imágenes de temas en Tumblr, Deviantart...
·Blogs y webs personales
·Una copia física para ti o para alguien cercano
No puedes:
·Borrar la firma.
·Usar el encargo para fines comerciales.
·Acreditarte mi obra
·Usar mi obra como promoción para tu comic, historia, proyecto, como por ejemplo en los banner webs, portadas o cualquier cosa similar.
·Lucrarte con mi obra, ni venderla de ningún modo (como por ejemplo llaveros, pegatinas, copias, ya sea con fines lucrativos o no)
12. Si quieres que dibuje personajes originales de otros autores, primero pídeles permiso a ellos.
13. Me reservo el uso de licencia artística (a lo James Bond): Por supuesto me adaptaré a lo que me pidas en el encargo, pero si me gustan determinados recursos artísticos en la obra, los usaré.
14. Quien me pida primero los encargos, será el primero al que atienda. Por orden de llegada, básicamente. Iré completando los encargos en ese orden. Puede que ocasionalmente, sea porque un cliente tarde mucho en responder, o alguien no pueda pagar en el momento un encargo, salte de unos encargos a otros, pero siempre conservaré el orden de llegada. Si me envías un mensaje con un pedido, te diré cuántos encargos estoy realizando y te avisaré cuando pueda empezar el tuyo.
15.Todos los encargos de esta índole son sin propósitos/fines comerciales. Si quieres contratarme para trabajos comerciales, envíame un correo indicando este aspecto en concreto.
16. Por el simple hecho de enviarme una nota/correo de tu pedido o encargo, estás aceptando estos términos y servicios.

*¡Siéntete libre de preguntar si aceptaría tu encargo (descríbemelo) sin ningún compromiso! Lo anterior sirve como una guía básica, pero, al fin y al cabo, todo puede llegar a ser muy subjetivo.
CÓMO HACER TU PEDIDO: PASOS
1. Envíame un correo a: drawingx3@gmail.com o envíame una nota aquí en deviantart.
2. Va a ser más fácil para todos si haces el pedido de este modo:
- Título : Encargo
- Tu email : (para saber quién me ha pagado)
- Información sobre tu personaje/pedido. Descríbeme qué es lo que quieres: pose, ropa, expresión facial, etc. (Cuantos más detalles me des de lo que quieres, más acertado será el resultado). Puedes adjuntarme imágenes de referencia, pero no voy a darle a enlaces externos.
- Notas específicas : (Si quieres añadir más cosas a tu dibujo o simplemente otros detalles, como el paisaje, si lo quieres en vertical o en horizontal, los dibujos los hago en vertical por defecto, accesorios, diseños de ropa... todo lo que consideres que debería saber para que tu obra sea como tú quieres.)
- Lo que quieras Cosas aparte. Por ejemplo, si quieres que suba el proceso en twitter o mejor no. Lo que se te ocurra.
3. Te enviaré una nota diciendo si acepto el encargo o no, y sobre qué fecha empezaría con ella.
4. Te enviaré una imagen de los lápices finales, Y si quieres que continue con la imagen, deberás pagar antes el 50% del precio final. Si aceptas, te enviaré el correo al cual deberás abonar el dinero desde paypal.
5. Finalmente te enviaré la imagen final en baja resolución con una marca de agua. Para que te envíe el archivo final, deberás abonar el 100% del pago.
